Source.Property is an online platform that enables investors to quickly find Below Market Value (BMV), Rent to Rent (R2R), and Loan Option Agreement (LOA) property deals.

Registered Users subscribe to our services and are granted access to either our standard, Pro or Max as outlined on the Website.

We reserve the right to limit the number of Users using the Website at any time.

Source.Property may offer new subscribers an initial free trial and Users will be given unlimited access to our services for the trial duration. At the end of the trial users will automatically join as outlined in ‘PAYMENT’ below. Free trials are only available to new subscribers.

Your order represents an offer to Source.Property to purchase a subscription. After placing your order, you will receive an email for us acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline your order for any reason. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an email confirming your subscription. Only at this point has a binding contract been formed between you and us. Once we have confirmed acceptance of an order your subscription comes into effect and cannot be cancelled without the appropriate notice. See ‘CANCELLATION below.


Payment for our subscription services can be made online through the Source.Property payment gateway, Stripe, who will manage your transactions and take payments via a secure server (SSL) connection that protects a user’s payment details. Source.Property do not have access to the payment details for a transaction carried out via the Website.

Subscriptions are payable in GBP(£), which are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

If we are unable to take payment from you through our provider card for the full amount due, or if we are charged back for any amount previously charged to you, you agree that we may pursue all available remedies to pursue payment including without limitation, suspension or termination of your account and rights to all services from this Website.

Source.Property reserves the right to revise prices and to notify you of any pricing changes by posting these on the website.

III. At the request of the police or other enforcement agency;
IV. Accounts that are inactive for a continuous period of more than 12 months will be classed as inactive.

If the event of termination for cause, we reserve the right at our sole discretion not to make any refund of charges already incurred.
